This is not surprising, since in other articles I have also talked about advertising strategies and the proximity and distance that all these types of foods bring, which we forget are harmful to our health, since they are usually delicious and also chemically addictive. This is the main reason why it seems that you cannot eat a healthy diet because your brain has really believed the deception of these foods and believes it needs it.
