Cauliflower fried rice
“Cauliflower rice” is not rice itself. But this recipe will help you on your way to lose weight fast. The best thing is that it is easy to prepare.
“Cauliflower rice” is not rice itself. However, it is still delicious and is very healthy. Plus, eating cauliflower is a good way to include more fiber in your daily diet. 😎 It may also promote good gastrointestinal health, reduce the risk of heart disease, and help control blood sugar. Cauliflower can be eaten raw, roasted, pureed, sautéed, and, yes, pulverized into “rice.” Cauliflower’s neutral flavor profile allows you to take on other flavors, so use that to your advantage when cooking at home. 🤗 Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
•Vegetable oil. • 2 eggs large, smoothies. 🥚 •Salt • 64 g of chopped chives, white and green parts separated (you will need 5-6 chives) 🧐 • 3 teeth garlic, chopped • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh ginger. 🥄 • A cauliflower 900g head (or 900g ready to cook cauliflower rice). • 4-5 tablespoons of soy sauce. 🥄 • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. 🌶️ • 130 g of peas and frozen carrots. 🥕 • 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar. • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. 🥄 • 30 g of walnut Indian or chopped peanuts (optional). 🌰
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate the cauliflower in a food processor. You can also use rice cauliflower “ready to cook”. 🤓
- Warm up 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat medium. 🔥
- Add the eggs and a pinch of salt and stir until the eggs are cooked. 🥣
- Transfer to a small plate and reserve. Clean the pan.
- Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan and place over medium heat. 🥄
- Add the parts white of the chives, garlic and ginger and cook, stirring with frequently, until softened but not browned, 3 to 4 minutes. ⏰
- Add the shredded cauliflower, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Kitchen, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes.
- Add the peas and the carrots and continue cooking for a few more minutes. 🤓
- Add the rice vinegar, sesame oil, green parts of chives, walnuts and the eggs.
