CWP Recipe: Cheesy Zucchini Bread Sandwich
This delicious recipe is a healthier version of a sandwich, because instead of using bread you are using zucchini.
Ingredients:
• 4 cups of zucchini raw and grated (approximately 2 medium zucchini). 🤓 • 2 large eggs. 🥚 • 3/4 cup of flour. 👌 • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 🧀 • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. 🥄 • 2 slices thick cheese of your choice. 🧀 *
Instructions:
1.-Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🔥 2.-Add the grated zucchini in a large bowl and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. ⏲ 3.- Add the eggs, flour, grated parmesan cheese and pepper. Mix them up. 👌 4.- Divide the dough into four portions and put it on the tray. Bake for 15 minutes. 🔥 5.-Turn all 4 portions of dough carefully and put it for another 10 minutes.
