Ingredients 500 grams of shredded surimi ¼ cup of finely chopped onion 2 pieces of finely chopped celery ¼ cup of chopped chipotle chili ½ cup of orange juice 3 juiced lemons ½ cup of olive oil Avocado to taste to decorate Sea salt Black pepper ¾ cup of light mayonnaise 2 cups of fried leek julienne Chalupitas or miniature baked tortilla toasts If you can’t find miniature toasts, you can use a whole toast or section them into 4 pieces. Preparation In a deep plate, mix the chipotle with the mayonnaise, orange juice, lemon and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper Add the surimi, onion and celery and integrate everything into the dish Serve immediately on the toast and decorate with avocado, leeks and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. Another good idea is to serve the surimi as if it were a dip and with the toast cut into pieces you can serve this dish as a snack and share it with more people.
