CWP Recipe: Crepes with apple filling
This crepe dessert with apple filling is ideal for all those people who are in step 2 of the CWP methodology.

The ingredients
• 60g of flour. • A pinch of salt. • 1 egg. • 150ml of milk light. • spray oil. • ground cinnamon. *
Apple filling:
R• 2 apples, peeled, cubed. • 1 tablespoon of water. • Substitute for sugar to taste. • A pinch of ground cinnamon. • Zest and juice of ½ orange.
- Add the flour and salt to a bowl and beat in the egg. Add the milk, little by little, beating until the dough is smooth. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the apple in water in a saucepan over medium to low heat until tender but holds its shape. Add sugar substitute to taste, cinnamon, orange zest and juice.
- Lightly spray a small nonstick skillet with oil and place over medium heat. Add a quarter of the mixture. Tilt the pan and turn the dough to coat the base evenly. * *
- Cook until the crepe is golden brown and place it underneath, then flip it over and cook on the other side.
- Slide the crepe out of the pan onto a plate and keep warm while you cook the remaining crepes in the same way.
