Ingredients:
Spray oil. 👌 ½ onion, cut into cubes. 🔪 2 cloves of garlic crushed. * 1 can (200g) of chickpeas, strained and drained. ½ teaspoon of ground cumin. 🥄 ½ teaspoon of ground coriander. 🥄 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 bunch of flat parsley, chopped. 1 spoon of juice of lemon. 🍋 Salt and black pepper. a handful of mixed salad leaves. Balsamic vinegar.👊 2 tablespoons of hummus. 🥄
Instructions:
- Spray Lightly heat a frying pan with oil and put it over low heat. Cook the onions and the garlic 😍 2.-Add the chickpeas, ground spices and herbs in a blender or processor food.
