CWP Recipe: Healthy Edamame Snack

Are you addicted to junk food? Don't worry, we leave you an equally delicious and healthier edamame sandwich.

Are you addicted to chips, chicharrones or peanuts? We share a recipe for a much healthier snack.

Ingredients:

Frozen Edamames (Don’t let them thaw!) Salt and pepper. Red pepper flakes. ** 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. ** 1 tablespoon olive oil. *

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.**
  3. Place the frozen Edamame on the wax paper.
  4. Season with the parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper and, if desired, with slices of red pepper.
  5. Drizzle with the olive oil and mix until everything is combined.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the Edamame is crispy. Enjoy!
