Today we bring you a very practical and delicious dish. Special as a healthy and low-calorie snack, it is also ideal for those days when you need to eat something that is prepared quickly without having to use fire to cook it, since you will simply use one of the ingredients. Aguachile is a seafood dish, typical of the state of Sinaloa. You have surely tried it or heard about it in seafood restaurants. If you didn’t dare to try it that day because it is served “raw,” now is your chance to do it for yourself and get rid of that stigma, because it is super delicious. For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: 18 medium shrimp 1 piece of purple onion 4.Serrano chiles 1 Cucumbers Juice of 7 lemons 1 clove of garlic 1/3 of avocado 4 crackers 2 tsp of sesame seeds Now that you have all the ingredients at hand, we will continue with the preparation.

  1. First, let’s wash the shrimp very well, then remove the shell that covers them (Do not remove the tail). Finally, let’s cut vertically at the back so that the shrimp is open like a butterfly.
  2. Bathe the shrimp with the lemon juice and let it rest while we continue with the other ingredients.
  3. Now cut half a cucumber into half moons and start decorating the shrimp.
  4. Then cut the serrano chili into thin slices and add it to your dish.
  5. Then cut the onion into feathers and place small strips around the saucer.
  6. Finally cut the avocado into very thin slices and make the final decorations.
  7. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it together with sesame seeds on your plate. Ready, you have prepared an aguachile without having to leave the house.
