CWP Style Fish and Chips Recipe

And it has a lot of fiber, which makes it perfect for our diet. IngredientsFor the fish: Spray oil 2 pieces x 140 g white fish fillets** Parsley, roughly chopped** 2 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt** 1 lemon, sliced** Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Fried Rutabagas: 400g rutabagas Spray oil* 1 teaspoon paprika** Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into thin strips, as you do with French fries. Spread them on a non-stick baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil, paprika powder and then grind some sea salt and black pepper and spread it on top of the kohlrabi strips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked, crisp and golden.
- About 15 minutes before the turnip pieces are ready, lightly spray a tray (which you will later put in the oven) with oil and place the fish fillets on top. Season with salt and pepper, then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the fish is cooked and flakes easily.
- Serve the fish, sprinkled with parsley, with the fried rutabagas and yogurt. Squeeze the lemon slices over the top of your preparation.
