Fried jicama is the perfect substitute for your beloved French fries and for weight loss. Try them with a lettuce burger for a delicious and healthy lunch. 🤩
Ingredients
• 2 cups of sliced jicama. 🔪 • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil. 🥄 • 3/4 teaspoon of divided sea salt. 🥄 • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. • 1 teaspoon of cumin. • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
Instructions for jicama:
- Peel the jicama and cut French fries into pieces. 🍟
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sea salt in a medium pot of water. Bring to a boil. 🥄
- Boil the jicama potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain into colander.
- Place the drained jicama pieces in a large bowl.
- Cover with avocado oil, then sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, garlic in powder, cumin and smoked paprika.
- Mix in spices.
- Spread fried jicamas on a greased baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until fried jicamas are crispy. **I give you a recipe book with super delicious dishes. Just CLICK HERE
