Enjoy food without guilt
Feelings of guilt negatively impact both our minds and our bodies. Enjoy food without guilt.
Has it happened to you that you feel very hungry and give in to an impulse to eat something that is not entirely healthy? Do you feel guilty after eating anxiously? In general there is a negative perception with certain types of food that does not allow us to eat without guilt. But have you stopped to think about the impact this has on our bodies? When we eat with guilt we generate a vicious circle: we take that chocolate and eat it with great anxiety. And then we feel bad and guilty for having eaten something that was not in our diet. Feelings of guilt negatively impact both our minds and our bodies. Reflect on the last time you ate something you shouldn’t have. Review your thoughts and actions. We almost always follow a pattern, in which we know that we want to eat something, but we think about all the sizes that we want to lose and we think that for that bite of chocolate we will go up all those sizes that we have worked so hard to lose. But, it seems that we have forgotten the pleasure of eating. To enjoy that slice of cake or that ice cream. Remember that consistency makes habits. If it’s not your habit to eat cake, ice cream or junk food, a small portion won’t hurt. Although it is a low-nutritious food. There’s no point in punishing yourself or making yourself feel bad for eating that. Better relax and enjoy your decision in every bite. Give in to your basic needs and eat when you feel you should. Remember that skipping meals will do you more harm than eating something you shouldn’t eat. On the other hand, with some exercise or returning to your eating habits after doing so, it won’t happen anymore. Remember that there is nothing more important than being happy with our make decisions and sometimes look for a reward or something to get us out of the routine. There is nothing wrong with it as long as it is in proper moderation. Remember that every diet is ultimately complemented by exercise and changing habits.
