For the summer heat: Strawberry, blackberry and kefir ice pops
Making healthy ice pops is very easy. I leave you a simple recipe, but full of nutrients that you can vary according to what you like most.

Your children will thank you and you will love them. I have a great recipe for ice pops for you, super healthy and super easy to prepare. How to make ice pops Ingredients: * ½ kilo of peeled and cut strawberries * 2 teaspoons of lemon juice * 4 teaspoons of honey * 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract * 1 cup of kefir milk * ¼ cup of blackberries Preparation:
- Put the strawberries, lemon juice and two teaspoons of honey in the blender and blend them until they are completely mixed.
- Pour half of this smoothie into popsicle molds and save what’s left for the final layer of your ice popsicles.
- Freeze the molds until firm, this can take about 2 hours.
- Mix the remaining 2 teaspoons of honey with a cup of kefir milk until well combined.
- Remove the popsicles from the freezer and prepare the middle part by placing the sweetened kefir in a single layer of the popsicle using a spoon.
- Once you have put all the Kefir milk, add the blackberries and return the popsicles to the freezer. Freeze for 2 hours.
- When the milk has frozen, pour the remaining strawberry smoothie into the popsicles and return them to the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
- Removing the ice pops from the mold is very simple, just hold the mold in warm water for a few seconds until the pops release on their own. Enjoy these delicious and nutritious ice pops and relieve some of the heat of this time of year.
