Forget the heat with this refreshing lemonade with mint and bubbles!

Try this healthy lemonade recipe with mint and bubbles that the whole family will love.

Yesterday I was at a family barbecue that left me with more than a pleasant time. A cousin is a chef and volunteered to prepare the drinks for this gathering. I can only tell you that she excelled with an easy, super fresh recipe that will make you and the whole family happy: lemonade with mint and bubbles. Of course I asked for it and I’m going to share it with you! Here it goes: Ingredients: – 2 cups of sugar – 4 strips of lemon peel – 12 slices of lemon – 4 sprigs of mint and 12 to decorate – 1 ½ cups of lemon juice – 3 bottles of cold mineral water – Ice Instructions: – Mix sugar with 2 cups of water and the strips of lemon peel in a saucepan over medium heat – Let it boil and stir for 1 minute to dissolve the sugar – Remove from heat, add the 4 sprigs of mint and let it rest for 30 minutes – Remove the mint sprigs – Strain and transfer the syrup to a small jug – Add the lemon juice and refrigerate – Divide the syrup into two large jugs, add mineral water and stir – Add ice – Decorate the glasses with the lemon slices and one of mint – Refresh yourself!
