Healthier Brownies
Are you on a diet but tempted to eat something covered in chocolate? These healthy filling brownies will get you over that craving.

Ingredients
• 125 g of dark chocolate 80%-100%, chopped (the higher the cocoa content, better) 🍫 • 50 g of oil coconut, softened at room temperature (but not melted). 🤓 • 3 eggs medium, room temperature. 🥚 • 100 g of sugar coconut (or you can use a calorie-free sweetener like erythritol) 🥥 • 90 g of flour of almonds. 🌰 • 30 g of cocoa in powder. 🤓 • Pinch of salt. 👌
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180 °C and line a mold 20x20 cm baking dish with baking paper. 🔥
- In a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Leave aside. 🤓
- Using a hand mixer, beat the eggs and coconut sugar (or sweetener) for about 5 to 7 minutes. ⏲️
- Spray Slowly melt the chocolate while beating at low speed. Follow beating until the chocolate is completely incorporated. 😍
- Soften the almond flour, cocoa powder and salt into the egg mixture and chocolate, and gently fold in the dry ingredients (using a spatula) until there are no lumps left. 🤓
- Put everything in it preheated oven to 180°C for 18-20 minutes. 🔥
