Healthy and guilt-free desserts

We present you 3 options for healthy and delicious and guilt-free desserts. If you are craving something sweet it is your best option.

In the last few posts we have been reviewing certain ravages of junk food and the atmosphere seems very chaotic. So today let’s relax and review some healthy and guilt-free dessert options 🙂

3 Ingredient Cookies(~1200 calories total)

Preparation time: 20 min.

Ingredients:

3 bananas 1 cup oats (uncooked) 4 tablespoons peanut butter ⅓ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 175 ° C. In a bowl, peel, cut and mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the oats, peanut butter, cinnamon and salt. Mix it up.
  • Flatten the mace into cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake them for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden. And that’s it!

Coconut balls (~ 1500 calories total)

Preparation time: 15 min.

Ingredients:

1 cup dried dates 1 cup of almonds 2 cups of grated coconut 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 organic orange 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Grate the orange peel and set it aside.
  • Put the dates in a blender and blend until finely chopped. Add half the grated coconut, almonds, orange peel, vanilla extract and blend for 1-2 minutes until well blended.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan or microwave and add it to the mixture. Mix well for 30 seconds. If it is too dry and not easy to roll, squeeze a little orange juice into the mixture.
  • With a tablespoon of the mixture, mold it until it looks like a ball between your hands.
  • Place the rest of the grated coconut on a small plate and roll them gently to cover the entire surface. Optional: You can put them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

**Strawberry Basil Ice Cream **(~300 calories)

Preparation time: 5 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup strawberries (frozen)
  • ½ cups of light Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil

Instructions:

  • Add the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey and basil to a bowl and blend in a blender until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.
