Who doesn’t like brownies? Especially when they only have 37 calories per serving!** Here we give you the recipe for healthy brownies, super nutritious and delicious! INGREDIENTS – 1/4 cup skim milk – 1/2 cup cocoa powder** – 1/2 cup oatmeal (not instant)** – 3/4 low-fat Greek yogurt** – 1/2 cup stevia** – 1 egg** – A small spoonful of yeast** – 1 pinch of salt PREPARATION 1- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. 2- Grease a square mold of about 20 x 20 centimeters.** 3- Mix all the ingredients very well in a blender.** 4- Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.** You can check that it is ready with a knife.
