With the cold weather, many people stop exercising. We leave you a list of 5 exercises that you can do to exercise at home. Exercises
- Squats with a chair. A chair can serve as a tool to perform squats. With this exercise, you burn fat quickly by imitating the act of sitting and standing up, with your knees in a straight line with your heels.
- Strides. This exercise helps tone your glutes. To do this, place your feet shoulder-width apart and bring one leg back with your heel high. Lean on your bent leg or grab some weights and go up and down. Remember that when lowering, your knee cannot be in front of your ankle, so put the weight on your back leg. Always maintain the natural curvatures of your back.
- Pelvic elevation. Lying on your back, with your knees semi-bent and resting your feet, raise your pelvis and lower back, supporting yourself only on your shoulder blades.
- Funds. On the floor, on a mat, rest your knees, cross your feet and open your arms wide. Try to make your body form a straight line in which your butt does not protrude. Try to lower yourself by bringing your chest closer to the floor, not just your stomach. You can do this by resting on the balls of your feet or by stretching your legs, if you feel strong.
- Triceps. Sit on the edge of a chair or bench that doesn’t move, with your hands facing forward and your heels resting on the floor. With your back straight, only support yourself with your arms and feet. Flex and extend your elbows. With these 5 tips, you can stay in line even if you decide not to go out to exercise during cold days.
