To make a delicious Christmas punch, for adults of course, you will need: 3 liters of lemonade 2 liters of orange juice 1 liter of pineapple juice ¼ kg of fresh fruits 2 liters of Ginger Ale 1 bottle of rum. You just need to mix everything in a large bowl, and you’re ready to enjoy! Another very typical alcoholic drink at Christmas inns is Clericot. To prepare it you need to have: Sweet white wine + mineral water (1 liter) Chopped apples (without peel) Oranges peeled into segments Purple and green grapes Chopped melon and marinated in sugar Pineapple in syrup You have to wash the fruits very well, then chop them into cubes. They are left to macerate for 12 hours with sugar in the refrigerator. When they are ready, mix them with the wine and it is ready. For Christmas Eve we have a Roman-style punch that is very suitable for the celebration. If you want to show off at your Christmas dinner, be sure to prepare this delicious drink for your guests. You will need: ¼ kg of pineapple snow 1 bottle of champagne Sugar 1 cup of preserved pineapple Tablespoons of Campari or Angostura bitters White wine or sherry. Mix the drinks first, chop the pineapple in the first with a little juice. Then put everything together and add sugar to taste. Let cool in the refrigerator. To serve, first serve the drink, adding a little pineapple ice cream and chopped pineapple on top to decorate. Remember that nothing in excess is good. That’s why we recommend not having more than two glasses of these Christmas drinks. Happy holidays!
