Ingredients: 200 grs. of pitted prunes ½ kilo of tejocotes 1 kilo of guavas 6 hibiscus flowers 100 grams. of tamarinds (natural, without chili salt or other ingredient) 200 grams. of raisins 1 cane peeled and cut into pieces 1 small slice of cinnamon 350 grs. of sugar 4 to 5 liters of water ½ liter of grape brandy, cane, rum or vodka. Preparation method: Wash all the fruits and hibiscus flowers, cut the guavas into halves. Then all the fruits are cooked with the water for 45 minutes. When it is removed from the heat, add ¼ liter of grape brandy, cane rum or vodka. It is served very hot accompanied by some of the cooked fruits.
