INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces of raw shrimp
  • 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped raw onion
  • 1 chopped red tomato
  • 1⁄2 avocado, cubed
  • 4 olives in four
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

  • Cook the shrimp for 5 minutes in 4 cups of water.
  • Combine the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper in a container and mix.
  • In a large container, mix the shrimp, egg, tomato, avocado, olives and cilantro.
