Shrimp with garlic and tomato

This is a delicious dinner for seafood lovers. Enjoy the benefits of shrimp, garlic and tomatoes in one meal.  Shrimp is a great source of protein and vitamin D, without adding carbohydrates to your daily intake. Garlic May Prevent Weight Gain and may even cause you to lose it. 🔥 You would be surprised to know that 100 grams of Tomatoes contain approximately 18 calories, making it a Perfect bet for those on a restricted weight loss diet caloric. 😉 Let’s cook!

Ingredients

500g medium shrimp, peeled and revealed. 🦐 * 2 tablespoons of lime juice. 🥄 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. 🥄 5 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 can (14.5 ounce size) tomatoes whole peeled, cut. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 🌶️ 2 teaspoons chili powder. 😳

Instructions

1.-Place the shrimp on a plate shallow metallic. 🥣 2.-Mix the shrimp with the juice file to cover. 🍋 3.-Heat the oil in a frying pan medium heat. 🔥 4.-Add the garlic and cook until it is tender 5.-Add the tomatoes, hot sauce and chili powder and heat until boiling. 6.-Reduce the heat to a minimum. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. ⏲️ 7.-Add the shrimp mixture to the pan. 8.-Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
