Simple vegan potato recipe with Italian herbs
We share this easy vegan recipe for potatoes with Italian herbs without any ingredients of animal origin.
This week, my husband came in with a big bag of potatoes and told me he had a big craving for them. Since work was pretty quiet at the office, I decided to look for some healthy recipes to make at home. Then I came across a vegan Italian herb potatoes recipe that caught my attention and I decided to give it a try. When it was time to eat, we were all fascinated by this simple delight. I leave it for you to try. Ingredients: – 6 oz cooked potatoes with skin – 2 tbsp olive oil – ½ tsp crushed Italian herbs – ½ tsp salt Instructions:
- Heat the herbs, oil and salt in a frying pan over medium heat
- While they are heating, cut the potatoes into large cubes
- Put the potatoes in the pan and stir until they are covered with herbs and oil
- Cover them with a lid
- Leave them for two minutes
- Move them again
- Cover them for another minute
- Move them again
- Cover them for a minute
- Ready! Taste them and add what you like. For a better flavor, make sure that all sides of the potato are golden.
