(For 4 servings) 2 chicken breasts (approximately 120 g)* Salt and pepper* 1 piece of fresh ginger root (approximately 5 cm)1 clove of garlic* 2 broccolis* ½ red cabbage* 3 onions* 3 tablespoons coconut oil* *1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into 2cm thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and cook the chicken slices until golden brown on both sides, then keep warm.
Step 2
*Cut the cabbage into thin strips and the broccoli into florets. Cut the onion and peel the garlic and ginger. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes and then drain it. Boil the cabbage for 3 minutes and then drain it. Finely grate the ginger and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and cook the onion briefly. Add the broccoli and cabbage and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the ginger and grated garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook briefly.
Step 3
