  • 300g pork strips
  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ medium red pepper, chopped For the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 8 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Juice and zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon red curry paste
  • 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 10 drops of liquid stevia
  • ½ teaspoon mango extract (optional) Preparation
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients (except the cilantro and lemon zest).
  • Add the chopped cilantro and lemon zest to the sauce.
  • Mix the BBQ sauce well, and set aside.
  • Using your fingers, or a knife, separate the pork.
