- 300g pork strips
- 2 cups of romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ medium red pepper, chopped For the sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 8 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon red curry paste
- 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 10 drops of liquid stevia
- ½ teaspoon mango extract (optional) Preparation
- Combine all the sauce ingredients (except the cilantro and lemon zest).
- Add the chopped cilantro and lemon zest to the sauce.
- Mix the BBQ sauce well, and set aside.
- Using your fingers, or a knife, separate the pork.
