Ingredients 500 grams of Brussels Sprouts 2/3 cup of fresh blueberries 1/3 cup of Gorgonzola Cheese 1/3 cup of walnuts 1/2 cup of Barley 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar olive oil Salt and pepper How to prepare it Prepare the barley according to the instructions on the package. Put the Brussels sprouts, cranberries, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
