One of the most simple and delicious recipes I have come across in a long, long time: turmeric and manuka honey balls. The flavor is something new, but rich enough for everyone to love it… According to me. I love them 😀 In addition, turmeric is super recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties and manuka honey works as a natural antibacterial much better than other types of honey. We are literally talking about a snack with 2 ingredients, with more positive properties for your body than almost everything else and that tastes delicious. What more can we ask for?
Ingredients
- Baking paper or parchment
- Small container
- 1/3 cup ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoons raw manuka honey
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a container until the mixture has a peanut butter-like consistency.
- Give a round shape to each portion you choose.
- Place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Freeze them for at least 2 hours,
- Then transfer them to a container.
- Enjoy 🙂 Remember to keep them in the freezer!
