Ingredients • 700 g of watermelon • 200 g of feta cheese • 400 g of cherry tomato • 1 large spring onion • 120 g of black olives • 1 tsp of dried oregano • 45 ml of extra virgin olive oil • Mint leaves • Salt and pepper Preparation • Make watermelon balls with a metal baller, if you don’t have one, cut it into squares • Cut the onion thinly sliced • Chop the feta cheese into small squares • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half • Chop the mint leaves • Mix watermelon, onion, cheese and tomatoes in a salad bowl • Add the black olives • Sprinkle with oregano and mint leaves • Add a pinch of salt and pepper • Add olive oil Ready!
