10-minute ritual to start your day without stress

We decided to share this ritual with you to start your day without stress, full of energy and without emotional burdens of any kind.

Do you wake up feeling tired every day, regardless of how many hours you sleep? If the answer is yes, although there could be many factors that influence this, one of the most common would be the stress that we carry every day. Have you not felt that you are accumulating and becoming more and more tired or fed up? The best way to combat stress is to empty ourselves and start from scratch each day. Taking this into account, we decided to share this ritual with you to start your day full of energy and without stress. As soon as you wake up, without getting out of bed, take 5 deep breaths in a row. Close your eyes and focus your attention on your toes, move them and feel them. Raise your focus of attention from your toes to your head, but becoming aware of all sensation through each part of the body. Once you reach the head, go back down feeling each part, giving yourself time to feel everything. This exercise will help you keep your mind in the now, improving your concentration and reducing stress. Excellent for coordinating our mind with our body. Another practice that is very useful in freeing ourselves from burdens would be meditation. This technique is a little more complicated, the challenge is to be able to blank your mind, disconnecting from ourselves to be able to recharge ourselves with energy from scratch. Another recommendation would be to dance, since by doing so we shake the energy, whether good or bad, in our bodies and this makes us feel more happy. No matter what technique, ritual or exercise you choose to do every day, do something that helps you purge all that energy or emotions that do not contribute to your mental peace or emotional health.
