Each option of these healthy sweet snacks that we are going to present to you has only ** three ingredients: fruit, a coating and an extra.** The banana is coated with dark chocolate and coconut. Bananas are a great source of vitamin B6 and potassium, dark chocolate is full of antioxidants that help keep you young, and grated coconut has the fiber you need to keep cholesterol at bay. The persimmon (or rosewood fruit) increases immunity. It has about 80% of what your body needs for vitamin C daily and acts as a shield for your health. The persimmon is also covered with dark chocolate, and you also have to add hazelnuts rich in vitamin E that help nourish the skin, hair and nails. To complete the trio, we will make a Greek yogurt and hazelnut-covered strawberries. The anti-inflammatory effects of strawberries, along with the digestive benefits of Greek yogurt, are a combination like few others.
Ingredients:
- 5 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 persimmon
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces of dark chocolate
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons of coconut (grated)
Instructions:
Cut the persimmon into slices. Peel and cut the banana into thick slices. Wash and dry the strawberries. Line a small tray and a small plate with baking paper. Crush the hazelnuts and spread them on a small plate. Spread the grated coconut on another small plate. Fill a small pot halfway with water. Place a small, heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan. Boil the water and melt the chocolate in the container. Stir it with a spoon so that it melts well. Using a toothpick, dip the banana halfway into the chocolate and stir into the coconut. Put it on the tray. Next, dip the persimmon slices into the chocolate and stir into the hazelnut. Add it to the same tray and refrigerate. Finally, dip the strawberries into the Greek yogurt and stir into the hazelnut. Put them on a small plate and place it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Take out all the fruit, organize it on a plate and enjoy!
