Diet sodas contain artificial ingredients including sweeteners that help increase cravings for other sweet things, so you end up with more calories, sweet things, and desserts. So what should we choose when looking for healthy alternatives to diet soda or artificially added drinks? Besides, they have an excellent flavor. Try some cilantro with this to give things more flavor.
