These are the tips that at least I use in my daily life to put my life in order. They have been very useful to me and that is why I want to share them with you today 🙂
- More water Believe it or not, dehydration is linked to depression and other mood disorders. Remember that 85% of brain tissue is water and for it to function as it should, you need to hydrate it.
- Give time for fun Making a weekly routine may not sound like the most fun, but seriously, this will give you the time you need to include something you do like to do. Simply identify something you like and do it at least once a week.
- Set goals Everything becomes easier and more comfortable if you have a goal in mind. Knowing why you are doing things and where you are going is important, do it even for the most everyday things, like your job.
- Give something back One of the most satisfying sensations, doing something for someone else has no comparison. The best thing is that you don’t need to do something very big, a simple How have you been? It has effects that you can’t even imagine.
- Meditate Recently, new research has shown that meditating consistently actively changes your brain. This gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “rewiring your mind.”
- Affirmations This has a lot to do with the previous point about meditation. If you don’t have money, instead of thinking “I don’t have money”, think “I don’t lack money”. Believe it or not, this type of thing readjusts your attitude and helps you act in a way that gets you what you are looking for. It won’t magically fall to you from the sky, but it will help you.
