I share with you this list of 7 foods that help you sleep: Cherry Cherries contain melatonin, which helps control sleep cycles. Jasmine rice Eat it 4 hours before bed. Bananas Contains magnesium and potassium that helps relax muscles. Cereal Eating easily digestible carbohydrates a few hours before bedtime helps you fall asleep faster. Sweet Potatoes Sweet potatoes contain complex carbohydrates and potassium that promote sleep. Milk Milk contains tryptophan, a substance that promotes sleep. Herbal Tea Caffeine-free herbal teas, such as valerian and chamomile, are excellent allies for promoting sleep. I like this list because they are products that you find easily and at a good price.
