7 truths of life
There are days when stress leads us to drown in a glass of water. Therefore, this delicious weekend I bring you the 7 rules and truths of life.
I once read that “Life is something too important to take too seriously” What do I mean? I’m talking about the wonder of the simplicity of things. There are days when we feel like the world is going to fall, when “being” is much more important than “being.” You have to know the truths of life. There are days when stress leads us to drown in a glass of water. Therefore, this delicious weekend I bring you the 7 rules for a happier life. You tell me what you think. Make peace with your past, so you don’t ruin your present. Enough of tormenting your life; we all make mistakes. But the good thing is that life goes on. So stop dwelling on things you did wrong in the past (or that others did wrong) and enjoy the present. What others think of you is none of your business. In the end you, and only you, know who you are. People will ALWAYS, and understand this as an inescapable truth, always comment on your actions, on what you think, say or do. Let it be, it’s your life and focus on believing in yourself and reaching your goals. Time heals everything; Give time to time Here’s the harsh truth: Nothing lasts forever. Neither good nor bad; everything ends up ending (excuse my redundancy) So relax, it will pass… Personally I like to think that “The best is yet to come.” The only person responsible for your happiness is YOU. Believe me, I know how easy it can be to go around assigning agonies and dramas to others; It’s very easy. But keep in mind that at the end of the day, the only one who can make you happy or miserable is yourself. So if life is one, choose to live it happily. Don’t compare your life with those of others, you don’t know what they are experiencing. Stop wasting your time comparing yourself to others. Everyone has their problems… So you better focus on creating harmony in your life. Don’t overthink everything, it’s okay to not have all the answers. Don’t overthink it; If you are one of those who think over everything a million times, a good exercise is to trust your instinct a little more. Believe in your decisions, don’t look for the black spot on the white sheet, it is very likely that you will regret many things, but you will regret the things you didn’t do more. Smile! You don’t have all the problems in the world. Learn to feel good about yourself. Click here to discover the best version of yourself
