9 foods bad for your health

There are foods that seem healthy, but in reality they are not. The truth is that they are bad foods for your health, so don’t be fooled!** There is much more to the story of these foods. Here we tell you what they are:
1. Canned soups:
*Canned soups can be used to complete a lunch or dinner, but it is one of the foods that is bad for your health, since these soups are not as healthy as they seem. 2. Light salad dressing:

8. Rice pancakes:
Rice cakes may be low in calories, but they also have little nutritional value. Additionally, the new flavored varieties have the added disadvantage of having sugar and salt in them. Although it is okay to eat them from time to time to satisfy a treat, we should do it in moderation because they are not really giving our body much nutrition.
9. Margarine:
*Please never use margarine! Although many brands have eliminated trans fats in this product, it is still better to use healthier oils such as olive and coconut for cooking.
