Foods have a complex food matrix, which is healthy in its natural and minimally processed form**. 🤓** Realfooding classifies foods into 3 groups:

  • Healthy food: vegetables, fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meat, fish, seafood, legumes, tubers, eggs, coffee, herbs, spices, fresh milk, infusions… 🔥
