Answering some questions

I want to take advantage of this blog to answer some questions that I see that I get asked a lot.

I want to take advantage of this blog to answer some questions that I see I get asked a lot. And I say this because even my friends ask me a lot about how to lose weight or eat better. The truth is that they are not new answers, but it surprises me because they are not new questions either. I feel like sometimes they want an answer with something super new and magical to be able to lose weight, without making any effort, or changing anything about their lifestyle… Which I’m sorry, but it’s not going to happen. Of everything they asked me, I am going to leave here the most accurate information there is on various topics, especially “cravings” or “not being able to stop eating”, “how to eat healthy or less without harming yourself” and “why don’t I lose weight”. Keep in mind that overeating is an emotional problem. When you realize what you are eating and why you are eating it, then you begin to be able to control the habit of overeating. Yes, overeating is a habit and many people eat unconsciously. That is, sometimes we don’t even know which cookie we just ate, simply because we always eat cookies after lunch. Become aware of everything you put in your mouth, or better yet, write down everything you eat in a diary for a week, this will allow you to find your eating patterns. This way you can make the necessary changes to break the cycle of emotional eating. Replace unhealthy foods with healthier options such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, low-fat dairy products, or lean proteins. Eat a colorful and proportionate plate Eating on a smaller plate will give you the illusion of eating more. Change the plate you have dinner with for a smaller one and add fruits and go rduras. Adding fresh fruits and vegetables creates a healthy meal, full of fiber and important nutrients, and reduces some of those unhealthy cravings. End. Drink water I love this one, no matter how many times I say it, how many times I recommend it, how many alternatives I find, it seems that people just don’t want to stop eating sugar at mealtime. Did you know that water is the most important nutrient? Drinking water helps you lose weight by making you feel fuller for longer and helps eliminate fat cells and toxins from your body. You should drink half your weight in ounces of water. Still wondering why your weight loss plan isn’t working? Or why don’t you see results if you’ve already changed what you eat? Well, if you continue drinking soda, even just a little or if you have already switched to diet soda… There is your answer.
