Avoid inflammatory foods and lose up to 10 kilos in a month!

The solution to lose weight? Eliminate foods that cause inflammation or hormonal imbalances from your diet for 30 days.

It is stated, since 2009, that more than one hundred thousand people have completed this diet with incredible results. We tell you what the rules of this program are that not only seeks weight loss, but also avoids diseases and improves metabolism. The key? Avoid foods that inflammatory. What is it? Certain food groups (such as sugar, grains, dairy, and legumes) may be having a negative impact on your health and physical ability without you realizing it. Lack of energy, pain, skin problems… They can be explained through the foods we eat. The solution? Eliminate foods that cause inflammation or hormonal imbalances from your diet for 30 days. Allowed foods We encourage you to eat ‘real food’: that is, little processed and with few ingredients (or, better, without lists of ingredients, that means that they are not processed at all). Eat meat, fish and seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of healthy fats from fruits, oils, nuts, and seeds. Forbidden foods Eliminating the following foods from your diet will help restore a healthy metabolism. These are the ingredients that you should NOT consume in 30 days: – Sugar or sweeteners. – Alcohol of any kind, not even for cooking. – Grains or cereals. This includes (but is not limited to) wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, rice, millet, bulgur, sorghum, amaranth, buckwheat, sprouts and all those gluten-free pseudo-grains such as quinoa. This also includes all the ways we add wheat, corn and rice to our foods in the form of ge rmen, bran, starch and so on. – Legumes, including soy in all its presentations. - Dairy. This includes cow, goat or sheep milk products such as cream, cheese, kefir, yogurt… – Potatoes – Carrageenan (carrageenan), MSG (monosodium glutamate) or sulfites. If these ingredients appear, in any form, on the label of any processed food or drink, they are out during your diet. Goodbye scale In addition, it is prohibited to get on the scale or take measurements during the 30 days that the program lasts. This diet goes beyond a simple weight loss plan, if you focus on your body composition you will not lend to other even more lasting benefits that this diet offers. Exceptions Within the prohibited foods, there are some exceptions that can be consumed: – Clarified butter. It is the only dairy product allowed during the diet and can be prepared at home, melting the butter in a bain-marie and eliminating its residue. – Fruit juices as sweeteners. Some products contain orange or apple juice as a sweetener, and these would be allowed. – Some legumes. Green beans or broad beans are allowed, and in general all those legumes that form in pods. - Vinegar. Most types of vinegar, including white, balsamic, apple, red wine, and rice, are allowed during the diet. The only exceptions are those vinegars with added sugar and malt vinegar, which generally contains gluten. 30 days The only way this diet works is if you give it the full thirty days: no cheats, slip-ups, or special occasions.
