How can I have more energy if I feel tired all day?

And although this is partly true, we do not realize that we require good nutrition to have energy.

Sometimes we feel tired all day and we blame it on overwork, stress, the speed with which we live, exercise, (if we have the time and desire to do so). And although this is partly true, we do not realize that we require good nutrition to have energy. Eating properly is of utmost importance to perform sufficiently each day and avoid getting sick. The ideal is to do it in the healthiest and most natural way, without exceeding the recommended calories to avoid gaining weight. Below we leave you a small list of super healthy and energetic foods that you can consume every day without any fear.

Banana

This fruit contains a lot of potassium which prevents cramps and muscle injuries, in addition to regulating the nervous system.

Garlic

It contains inulin, a fiber that helps better absorb iron, which prevents fatigue.

Honey

It is a natural energetic. It is recommended to take half a tablespoon twice a day.

Walnuts

They are rich in magnesium which is a mineral that helps convert carbohydrates into energy.

Oats

This product is pure instant healthy energy that is recommended to consume daily. It contains a lot of fiber and carbohydrates.

Egg

It is a very complete food because it has everything you need: proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants. And that cholesterol thing may be a myth.

Fish

Tuna, salmon, trout and sardines are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. They are also good for the memory, nervous system and reduce stress.

Water

It is one of the most effective energy boosters, since stress and physical activity cause dehydration. As is well known, you must consume at least 2 liters a day. A very important point to take into account to have energy that has nothing to do with food is sleep. The body needs to recharge through hours of deep, relaxed sleep. Eating and staying moving form a circle in which the more energy you get, the more you have to move to burn it and the more you move, the more energy-dense foods you should consume.
