How to change your life in 30 days
In this article we propose challenges that you can follow in 30 days to change your life and be a happier person when this time passes.
Two weeks ago, I had some very difficult days; I was tired of my same routine. Every day the same thing, I was already fed up. So I decided to start a new challenge. I’m on day 15 of a challenge to change your life in 30 days and I promise you that it is transforming me. As well as the people around me. My new philosophy is “If I can’t change the world, then I will try to make it more beautiful.” So here I am, writing to you and inviting you to try this 30-day challenge. And don’t worry, in 30 days I will bring you another one. Are you ready? Remember, you have to do the following 10 challenges for 30 days.
- Write a “I like you” message to someone We lead such busy lives that sometimes we forget to remind the people we love how special they are to us. You can send a text message, leave a post-it or an email, to someone different for 30 days, expressing what you appreciate about them.
- Talk to a stranger Are you an anxious person? So challenge yourself and choose to do this. Have you ever resisted the temptation to talk to someone because you were afraid and told yourself you didn’t really want to? No more! After 30 strangers you will feel different, you will understand that people are people and there is nothing strange about talking to someone you don’t know. In addition, you will take away many incredible experiences.
- Walk for 30 minutes Walking is healthy, relaxing and stimulating. And it’s both easy and free! A great exercise when walking is to observe other people and think about what the differences and similarities are between you and them. This will definitely increase your empathy and observation skills! You could even write bir a book
- Read a chapter every day We all know we should be reading more often but somehow we are glued to the same computer screen you are looking at right now. The solution is to take a little time each day to read a chapter. Just one. Easy right? Do it in a corner or outside. Have a cup of coffee or tea, play background music. And finish a book!
- Bathe with cold water Cold baths are great for elevating moods, healing stress-related illnesses, strengthening immune systems and making your skin look beautiful. Choose at least 2 of these challenges and complete them during the month. You will see the difference. Changing your habits doesn’t have to be tedious or boring. Remember that if you want to change the world, you must start with yourself.
