For all of us who are busy, knowing the best and fastest options is the difference that can help us eat well. We give you exactly those options so that you can eat well despite the busy day at the office. In the morning: The ideal thing for your metabolism would be to eat breakfast before 8am. Going out in a hurry with only a cup of coffee in your stomach is not recommended. The best options are oatmeal with yogurt and fruit, an egg or even a smoothie because of the rush. The coffee is not bad, but we advise you to accompany it with a sandwich with whole wheat bread. Super sugary coffees are never a good option.
