Teriyaki style tuna steak

A delicious and exotic flavor for you and your partner. This teriyaki-style tuna steak is perfect for date night. And you don’t even have to cheat on your diet. (Recipe for 2 people)

Ingredients4 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar* 1.5 teaspoons honey* 2 x 125 g tuna fillet* 1 cup each pepper: yellow, orange and green, cut into slices* Juice of one lemon* 1 teaspoon olive oil* *Salt and pepper

Preparation1. Mix the soy, vinegar and honey, add the tuna fillets and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

*2. Mix the peppers with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and sauté in the olive oil for 5 minutes. 3. Cook the tuna steaks in a skillet for a few minutes on each side, depending on how cooked you like them. 4. Place the tuna steak on a plate and then add the remaining marinade to the pan. 5. Let the marinade bubble until it reduces slightly to make a sticky sauce. 6. Pile the vegetables on a plate and serve with the tuna steaks. 7. Pour the sauce over the tuna. 8. Enjoy your tuna steak!
