Testimonial: Cambridge Eating Plan Copy Cwp April 8, 2018 No Comments Today we share a testimonial from Rito Ferral. A Cambridge Meal Plan success story. How I was born again For a long time I believed that I led a full and happy life, as time goes by we find some events that contradict us and lead us to a reality. One of those mistakes is believing that you will never lose a loved one. It happened to me. When someone who marks your life leaves, it is terrible. That happened to me with the death of my father-in-law, a person with an incomparable vision and heart. Unfortunately, he managed to overcome his overweight and died on January 31 of a terrible heart attack. From there everything changed. My life became more fearful, thinking that I was also an overweight person and that at any moment I could leave and leave my family. The feeling of frustration grew every time I looked at myself and saw that I was still the same person with more kilos, I went to the gym for a couple of months and came back sore. That pain that my joints couldn’t bear to carry. And every day the emotional shock of not seeing progress grew. Little by little I accepted that I could never lose weight and that I would remain FAT until I died. Discovering Cambridge On Saturday, February 8, I got up and went to buy some delicious snacks like every other weekend. Talking to my wife, I told her that I would like to lose weight. She was surprised. I told her that I would like to have a healthier life, to be a person who has less risk of suffering from diseases due to being overweight. She told me that several colleagues at her work (the PEMEX tower) had lost a few kilos with some famous milkshakes. At first the idea seemed good to me, and that same day I decided to start. I came to m years of Consultant Ulises Griego, who had good results with the shake and had lost a few kilos. I arrived at his house, he interviewed me and gave me an introduction to what the Cambridge Eating Plan was. Of course I was a little skeptical, since the whole explanation sounded like something I would try and it wouldn’t work. The moment of truth arrived, when I got on the scale and knew that I was carrying almost 120 kg, but it wasn’t all but my metabolic age (of an elderly person - 88 years old -), that was when I was most shocked, in addition to my measurements and my visceral fat through the roof. These data encouraged me to make the decision and begin the challenge towards myself. That weekend was the last weekend of eating snacks, eating pizza and having empanadas and garnachas for dinner. The Road The first week of the Way of the Cross with the Cambridge Eating Plan was hard. Stop eating overnight, stick to shakes, water, black coffee and green tea. But I did it, the first week I lost almost 6 KG, quite a challenge, I immediately began to feel like my clothes were a little looser, my belly was gradually going down. The reactions in the office were immediate, others didn’t believe I was going to lose weight, others cheered me on, others worried that I might decompensate, except for all that I kept going, the second week I lost another 4 kg. Little by little I continued losing weight until I reached 6 weeks and with almost 25 kg less, I continued with step 2 until, the feeling of trying a bite again was strange, my mind and my stomach became accustomed to only eating liquids, I resisted eating food, however little by little I began to eat again. The taste for fat-free food was born in me, I was categorically stopping eating red meat and the taste for White meat arose in me, vegetables now became my hit, I always try to combine it with any meal with vegetables. The result Before Cambridge I was a sedentary person, I didn’t even run 200 meters, now with almost 40 kg less I have run distances of 10 km and I am currently training for a half marathon. It’s incredible that all this changes in just 6 months; 6 months of being born again and living in a different way, THIS IS CAMBRIDGE, YOU ARE BORN AGAIN. -Ferral Rite.
