REFINED VS INTEGRAL ERROR: Replace whole grains and flours with refined flours SOLUTION: Replace the consumption of whole grain flours, bread, cereals and pasta SUGAR CRUSH ERROR: You are consuming too much sugar SOLUTION: Reduce the consumption of sugar in foods and learn to value the hidden sugar on labels. WHAT TYPE OF FAT IS IT? ERROR: You are consuming an excess of animal and saturated fats that are bad for your body SOLUTION: Replace them with vegetable oils, oleaginous nuts and fatty fruits such as avocado, rich in monounsaturated and omega fatty acids with protective effects. WHAT DO YOU SEASON WITH? ERROR: Excess salt SOLUTION: Reduce salt consumption by avoiding common salt, as well as hidden salt in processed foods. You can cook with spices, it is a very good alternative to season your food.
