Carbohydrates are the key The results showed that people who ate low-carb breakfasts accepted unfair treatment more easily. Although researchers do not know the exact reason for these changes, the theory suggests that the dopamine (happiness hormone) present in protein foods causes people to be more tolerant and accept these treatments.
