The truth about your New Year's resolutions

Starting a new year for many may mean executing actions that have been thought through. That's where New Year's resolutions come from.

Starting a new year for many can mean executing actions that have gone through reflection and determination to start from scratch and accomplish some pending issues and realize big dreams. That’s where the famous New Year’s resolutions come from. Let’s be realistic, in the middle of the year we look back noting that we have only fulfilled a small number of them. One reason you don’t succeed is that you set too many big goals for yourself. The important thing is to prioritize your goals, don’t ask in one fell swoop; buy the house of your dreams the same year you will go around the world. If you are meeting your goals, strive to maintain the pace to which you have become accustomed. Losing weight is the goal most requested by most people. Everything is due to cause and effect, if you want to lose weight, start a healthy diet, change harmful habits and customs. Mentalizing yourself and thinking that the new year is the perfect opportunity to start from scratch can be stimulating to set starting points, but also deadlines to meet them according to the complexity of each section. Seek and strive to achieve them. If your health is not good, it is necessary to use all your energy and work to improve it, since without health the rest does not work. Possibly the relationship with your family or partner is not in the best of times, dialogue constitutes an open door to remedying it. Make a list of 12 mini goals, 1 for each month. Example: January- Visit somewhere you’ve never been. February- Sign up for a dance class. March- Spend more time with family. April- Go to a concert. Make it graphic. Have a graphic reference such as a calendar in the that you set your goals and mini goals. As well as the deadlines that you have proposed to achieve them. Enjoy this year, it’s yours!
