These drinks have been popping up here and there all over the internet. They are like the new fashion and it is clear to me why. Mocktails are the best option for a prepared drink NON-ALCOHOL 🙂 Besides, they are delicious! So if at your Christmas dinner you want to prepare some options for all those who don’t want to drink alcohol. We leave you the recipes that I liked. MULE HANDLE Ingredients: 4-5 slices of cucumber 1 oz honey syrup 1.5 ounces mango puree 1.5 ounces fresh lemon juice 1.5 ounces ginger beer ice Instructions: Mash the cucumber and honey syrup in the bottom of a shaker. Add the mango puree, lemon juice, ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain it into a cup. Add the ginger beer and stir.

Strawberry Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
  • ½ ounce of natural syrup
  • ½ ounce ginger base
  • 4 oz chamomile
  • 1 strawberry
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Orange and lemon wedge

Instructions:

Mix the strawberry with the syrup and ginger. Add the elderflower, chamomile and five mint leaves along with the orange and lemon slice. Add ice and shake 🙂

Coconut, cucumber, lime and mint cooler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of coconut water
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

Instructions

Combine the coconut water, cucumbers, lemon juice, sugar and mint leaves. Let them cool for 1 or 2 hours.

Pineapple Ginger Beer

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 oz ginger syrup

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients in a can and shake quickly with cold ice. Strain into a frozen glass filled with fresh ice. You can garnish it with crystallized ginger and a slice of lemon.
